New Technologies: Pros and Cons in today’s Voice-Over business
Revealing Career information once again Tracy. Extremely important. Thanks to you and Jeff.
Thanks for your comment Mark!
Great interview and Jeff was open and generous with his thoughts.
It was so good to hear an agent mention luck, so many VO’s don’t consider it.
“Philip, how come you get so many TV promo jobs?” asked a fellow VO with a degree of anger in his voice.
“Two reasons, because I’m lucky and because life is not fair!” What about my immense talent? I have that for two reasons. because I’m lucky and because life’s not fair
Yes, Philip, I agree. Luck does play into the VO career. And yes! Life is not fair! Hope it continues to be “not fair” for you with continued VO success.
Thanks for your comments!
Thank you Tracy & Jeff for an informative and entertaining podcast. It was particularly interesting to understand that agents do look at the voice first, but support their decision to represent based upon the professionalism and intent of the voice artist.
